Red Rock fire burned 7,015 acres on Seven Lakes Mt. Deer and chukar range lost.

Pah Rah fire burned 10,739 acres in south Pah Rah Mts. Site also burned in 1964 and 1983--pure cheatgrass. Antelope, deer and chukar use area.

Wilcox fire burned 7,568 acres on southeast of Pah Rah Mts. Antelope, deer, sage grouse and chukar habitat was burned. Checkerboard land ownership.

Fish fire has burned 47,633 acres on Vinegar Peak and Tule Mt. California bighorn, antelope, deer, sage grouse and chukar habitat has been burned.

Denio fire burned 77,230 acres in Units 031 and 032--west Wilder-Bilk Creek Range and east Pine Forest Range. Highly significant wildlife values lost include California bighorn, antelope, deer, sage grouse and chukar ranges.

North Denio fire burned 1,296 acres on Oregon line--no significant wildlife values

Blue Mt. fire burned 11,520 acres on Blue Mountain. Checkerboard railroad and BLM (52%). Antelope range burned.

Cyanco fire burned 10,617 acres west of Winnemucca Mt.. 51% private land. Chukar habitat.

Jackson fire burned 6,695 acres Antelope range is involved.

Slumbering Hills fire burned 103,639 acres mainly in Slumbering Hills. Antelope, deer, sage grouse and chukar range was burned. Also called Sombrero fire.

Poker Brown fire burned 243,281 acres in Units 041 and 042, vast majority in latter unit. About 32% is private land.

SevenTrough Mts., Trinity Mts., and Majuba Mt. involved. Antelope, deer, sage grouse and chukar habitat was lost.

Cosgrave fire burned 35,076 acres straddling I-80 north of Imlay. Most of the fire was in Unit 044. Checkerboard railroad (68%) and BLM. Antelope and deer range. Sage grouse and chukar range.

Eugene fire burned 7,224 acres including 48% private land. Antelope, deer, sage grouse and chukar range burned. Deer and chukar range is high value.

Kamma fire burned 2,887 acres in Kamma Mts. Antelope, deer, sage grouse and chukar range burned

Rochester fire burned 14,148 acres on the east side of Humboldt Range. Desert bighorn, antelope, deer, sage grouse and chukar range is involved.

Unionville fire burned 23,599 acres on the east side of the Humboldt Range. Desert bighorn, antelope, deer, sage grouse and chukar range burned. Also called Dun Glen fire

Grass Valley fires burned 15,017 acres Antelope, deer, sage grouse and chukar ranges burned.

Dido fire burned 15,699 acres adjacent to east of the earlier Sadler fire. Wildlife values not identified at this time.

Izzenhood fire burns 28,593 acres on the Humboldt-Elko line. All is antelope yearlong range.

Clover fire burns 73,073 acres in Rock Creek- Squaw Valley area. California bighorn, antelope and critical deer winter range involved. Projected long term loss of over 1,000 deer. Chukar range. Some checkerboard lands.

Rose fire burned 48,479 acres in Palisade area. Antelope, deer, sage grouse and chukar range was burned. Checkerboard lands.

Ajax fire burned 1,087 acres west of Tuscarora Mts. Deer and sage grouse range lost.

Welches Crk. fire burned 10,864 acres near Mary's Mt. Checkerboard lands. Uncertain of wildlife values as of this writing--recent fire.

Wagonbox fire burned 21,621 acres in Grouse and Bluff Ck. allotments. Antelope, deer and sage grouse range was burned.

Canyon fire burned 1,600 acres in Gamble allotment. Antelope, deer and sage grouse range was involved.

Frenchie fire burned 54,875 acres in Dry Hills southeast of Beowawe. Antelope and deer range burned.

Horse fire is a northern extension of the Trail Canyon fire in the Simpson Park Rg. Burned acreage included in latter.
